In the days leading up to your entry date, you will have access to a company platform where you will find different content about our culture.

Step 2: Settle in with our support

We want to guarantee you a friendly welcome thanks to the assignment, by your Team, of a person to whom you can refer during your first months at PwC.
He will be available to answer your questions and guide you during your first days, providing you with practical tips.

Step 3: Participate in Day One

During your first few days, you will receive an invitation to Day One.
It is a 2-hour virtual session, organized by the Human Capital Teams of each of the 7 service lines, to introduce you and contextualize your area of belonging.

Step 4: Participate in the Welcome onboard
During the last week of the month, we organize a dynamic and interactive virtual meeting that will involve you together with all the New Joiners belonging to the different lines of service.
It's our way of providing you with an inspirational welcome and sharing with you the most interesting information regarding Welfare & Wellbeing, Corporate Sustainability, the training opportunities we offer internally and much more.
