Why did you choose PwC?
I chose PwC because I was looking for an international and stimulating work environment, where people with different academic backgrounds could come together to solve the critical issues that arise from the complexity and speed of today's world.

Can you tell us about the most challenging project you have participated in?
We are rarely asked for assistance on non-challenging activities. If I had to choose the most interesting project I have been following recently, I would say the financial and fiscal assistance provided to a fund that was preparing to launch a large stock market operation.
What makes you proud every day of the choice you made?
On a professional level, I am proud to be part of a company that always listens carefully to its employees and leaves a lot of room for entrepreneurial initiative. I believe that these are the main ingredients that have allowed PwC TLS to become, in just a few years, one of the largest law firms in Italy.

Do you give any advice to those who want to apply to PwC TLS?
I actually have two pieces of advice. The first is to be very well informed and understand what services are offered by each Service Line (trust me, there are many). The second piece of advice is to jump in and try the PwC experience even in teams that offer services related to your favorite topics. The experience gained will be priceless, it will give you the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and meet new people.
