Why did you choose PwC?
Since my university days, PwC has been synonymous with quality, international scope and a prestigious company able to provide innovative and excellent consulting services. The opportunity to join PwC was a milestone in my professional career, having the opportunity to contribute to great growth in an innovative field such as Cybersecurity.

Can you tell us about the most challenging project you have participated in?
Certainly the support for the management of the Coronavirus pandemic emergency for an Italian Financial Services Group, which involved more than 25 colleagues with different skills. The experience was a strong personal and professional enrichment deriving from the collaborative spirit of the whole team as well as having the opportunity to participate in the development of new crisis management methods.
What makes you proud every day of the choice you made?
Here I found not only excellence, quality, integrity, but also an open, collaborative, people-oriented and respectful work environment, in which talents grow in a solid and positive way and where professional and personal relationships based on esteem and trust can be created.

Do you give any advice to those who want to apply to PwC Advisory?
It is certainly the perfect reality for young talents who have the ambition to grow in a concrete and stimulating work environment. The advice I would like to give is to get involved with a proactive spirit, to welcome feedback in an open and constructive way and to always be open to learning from your colleagues, regardless of seniority, their experiences and specialized skills.
