Event release terms and conditions

I understand, confirm, consent and agree to the following:

• I have all rights, power and authority to enter into this legally binding agreement.
• PwC may create and record photographs, videos, audio recordings, or any other materials and media (including but not limited to multi-media and digital media) and/or may receive submissions of any of the aforesaid materials/media from me for or in connection with the captioned Purpose (collectively, “Materials/Media”).
• I consent to PwC’s recording of such Materials/Media, and grant, transfer and assign all my rights, title and interests in my submissions of Materials/Media to PwC.
• PwC is the sole owner of all such Materials/Media and can use them in any way that it sees fit without giving credit or requiring my further permission. PwC’s use of Materials/Media may include but not limited to reproduce, distribute, share, translate, broadcast, modify, extract, adapt, or create derivative works from such Materials/Media.
• PwC can use my name, image, likeness, voice or other biographical information in connection with its use of such Materials/Media, and can quote and use any of my responses to questions, interviews or any other interactions made in or in connection with the captioned Purpose in any way that it sees fit, without requiring my further permission.
• I fully waive (and understand and agree that I do not and will not have) any rights to review, approve, reject, prevent, edit, or interfere with any use that PwC makes of any Materials/ Media.
• All consents, permissions, waivers and rights granted to PwC under this agreement are made without limitation, irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and apply to any format or manner of use and any means, media or technologies now known or created in the future.
• I agree not to take any action against PwC and/or any of its member firms, partners, personnel or related firms or entities for any claims of any kind or character whatsoever, whether known or unknown, in relation to the use of Materials/Media, including but not limited to any claims for or relating to libel, defamation, slander, infringement of intellectual property, or invasion of the rights to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar claims. I fully waive all rights to bring any such actions, claims or lawsuits.
